If there is defective or wrong item in your package, please contact us through Q&A board immediately.
Sometimes message through 'email' is not delivered to us stably, please use our Q&A board.
It must be reported within 5 business days since you receive defective / wrong item. (Based on EMS Tracking arrival date)
To estimate your doll’s damage, we need to know your order number and detailed photos.
If the damage was caused during shipment, we offer free AS (part exchange).
If the damage was caused by customers’ improper treatment after shipment, we offer part exchange as customer’s charge.
In case of item amount is $10.00 or under, we offer only refund for the damaged item as store credit.
We will always try to help you as soon as possible so please contact us when you have trouble with your items or dolls!
