Title Announcing the move to LUTS new English website

Thank you for all customers who love LUTSDOLL for a long time.
For better convenient shopping, we are going to move our English website.
We guide some important points about move the website as below.
Please check the contents certainly so that you will not be disadvantaged using new website.

Schedule

8th April (Mon) :  Pre-open the new website - Visiting, Joining and Modification of Membership Information available.
15th April (Mon) 9:00 ~14:59 : Temporary suspension of LUTSDOLL English website
15th April (Mon) 15:00 ~ : Open New website - You can meet our dolls again.

Purchase and Customer service through previous website will be ceased after 15th April, 15:00
Also, there will be no effective in all information after 15th April, which is input in previous website.
Orders, which made before 15:00 15th April but still unpaid, will have 5 days grace period. If the payment is not completed in this period, the orders will be canceled automatically.


Modification Personal information.

Joining in the previous website will be ceased on 8th April.
The customer information which is made after 8th April will be not preserved.
Also, existing customer information (name, address, email) will be transferred into renewed website.
However, it is impossible to check the previous website’s order history or store credit(point) at renewed one.
It is impossible to transfer customer’s password into renewed website due to it has been encrypted, so that all customers should set their new password personally. Please kindly understand it.

CHECK THE DETAIL (CLICK)
It is available to login using your e-mail account or ID, but the e-mail is primary method.
If you have previous website account so you need to transfer it into renewed website,
there is possibility that customer information is not transferred or ID is changed because of the difference of ID template in both site.
Please use an email when login.
If you have trouble to search your ID using e-mail, please sign up (create account) again. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, please kindly understand it.


Order information
Previous order information is not transferred or shown in renewed website.
It is ceased to order the items in previous website after 15th April though, searching the order history is available during about 6 months.
We will provide the banner for the search the previous order history on the top of renewed website.
For check your previous order, please use these banner or inquire to us through Q&A board. We will reply your inquiries anytime.


Store Credit (Point)
As previous orders are not transferred, store credit which have been generated is not saved into customer's new account, too. However, don’t worry about it!
If you leave a message on the special inquiry board, we will check the store credit of the same ID in previous website and apply it on the new site as soon as possible.

Caution
- It is not allowed to combine several ID’s store credit.
- The email and customer information must be the same between two website.


It is available to contact the previous website so that you can check your previous order history.
However, it will be restricted after 30th October. Please kindly understand it.
We are moving website for a better shopping experience though, we apologize for the inevitable inconvenience.
